How we do it

Behind what we say, how we work

From the till to shift plans, from marketplaces to AI: the jobs retail teams ask about every day, and how Yetkin handles each of them, on one page. Every item links to the related solution page.

This page is less the shop window and more the door to the stockroom: it shows how things run behind the order you see on the shelves.

Everything here is available today or will be complete at launch; anything that depends on a condition says so.

Store and till

New-generation tills and the end-of-day Z report

The end-of-day Z report from new-generation tills comes into Portal as the till declaration closes and sits next to ERP sales and the cashier’s declaration. Differences show up in colour on accounting’s control screen.

How we do it: New-generation tills and the end-of-day Z report

Cashier declaration and instant till control

At day end the cashier declares cash and card totals. Portal compares the declaration with ERP sales, the Z report and bank movements; every closed declaration goes to the store manager and area manager for approval, and on to head office accounting for checking. In a multi-store cosmetics chain, a till difference is discussed the same evening, not the next morning.

How we do it: Cashier declaration and instant till control

Visitor reports from store people counters

People-counter data is read from your ERP and reported store by store and by time slot: total entries, raw entries and repeat visitors. If you need the data taken straight from the counter provider and passed to your ERP, we assess that connection with you during setup.

How we do it: Visitor reports from store people counters

Employees, time and payroll

Time and attendance without extra devices

You don’t need a separate time-clock device. Employees scan the store’s QR code with their phone or tap an NFC tag; mobile staff clock in by location at a nearby store. Scans made away from the store are flagged to the manager.

How we do it: Time and attendance without extra devices

Shift planning for the whole company

Shift groups, weekly plans and overtime in one place. The store manager prepares the weekly plan with one tap of “Auto plan”, previews it and approves it; planned and actual hours are compared in reports.

How we do it: Shift planning for the whole company

Secure payslip delivery and approval

Payslips are uploaded in bulk and employees are notified. They view the payslip in the app and approve or object with an SMS code; who approved and when is recorded.

How we do it: Secure payslip delivery and approval

Working together and knowledge

A shared workspace for everyone

Everyone from head office to the stores uses Portal and the mobile app. Personal or team calendars, tasks, checklists with photo evidence, reminders, announcements with read tracking, personal notes and internal request management (Helpdesk) live in one place. New modules are added as your needs grow.

How we do it: A shared workspace for everyone

Document Center: your company knowledge base

Write your rules, workflows and onboarding material in a tree of areas and categories, and target each article by role or person. Articles marked “Open to assistant” become a source for Yetkin Assistant’s answers.

Sales, e-commerce and customers

Marketplaces and e-commerce platforms

Orders from Trendyol, Hepsiburada, Boyner and Ticimax come together in one list in Portal, with shipment tracking (MNG, Yurtiçi) and 3PL in the same flow. For an e-commerce platform not on the list, we assess the provider-independent integration layer with you.

How we do it: Marketplaces and e-commerce platforms

E-commerce returns and cancellations

Return and cancellation requests open together with the order record; store, warehouse and customer service see the same record, and status is followed with shipment tracking.

How we do it: E-commerce returns and cancellations

Leads from social media

Leads from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad forms land in the same list as your web forms; with KVKK consent and SMS verification where needed, they are assigned to an owner and turned into quotes and opportunities.

How we do it: Leads from social media

Alterations and after-sales service

From hemming and sleeve alterations to product repairs, the request is recorded in store with customer and product details. Head office and the store follow the same record’s status, and the customer is kept informed by SMS.

How we do it: Alterations and after-sales service

Payments and e-invoicing

Payment systems and collections

Payment links and subscription collection through iyzico and PayTR; prepayment and balance tracking in Portal. Transactions from the bank and POS accounts connected during setup are fetched automatically through a collection service.

How we do it: Payment systems and collections

Together with your ERP and e-invoicing provider

Accounting records stay in your ERP. e-Invoice and e-Archive drafts are sent through the relevant e-invoicing providers (e-Finans, Uyumsoft, Mysoft, Doğan) and followed with a viewing link. On the ERP and e-invoicing side we work together with our partners.

How we do it: Together with your ERP and e-invoicing provider

Data protection and consent

Explicit consent and İYS, with our partners

Marketing consent is collected with double opt-in and reported to İYS (Turkey’s commercial message register) through our partners Uyumsoft and Netgsm; consent is stored with the account and contact record. Consent and unsubscribe events are synced with Emarsys and SAP Customer Data Cloud.

How we do it: Explicit consent and İYS, with our partners

AI

Secure AI inside your company

Yetkin Assistant connects to permitted tools, not to your database; everyone gets answers only from what they are allowed to see. Tools that take action show a summary and wait for your approval. Personal and financial data is not sent to the AI model; assistant actions are written to a record that cannot be altered.

How we do it: Secure AI inside your company

A safe step into AI on an MCP foundation

The tools the assistant uses are defined in an MCP (Model Context Protocol) layer: 29 tools, four risk classes, an approval ticket and a second approval where needed. Adding a new AI use means adding a new tool, with its rules, to this layer.

How we do it: A safe step into AI on an MCP foundation
