Payment links and subscriptions with Iyzico, payment links with PayTR; refunds, cancellations and prepaid balance.
Accounting data
Journal data from the ERP is collected into the Portal by period and prepared; a multi-language VAT rate catalogue.
e-Signature and time stamp
PDF signature, time stamp, QR and evidence data with TÜBİTAK ESYA; used for consent records and payslip approval.
Expenses
The employee uploads a photo of the receipt; AI reads it and fills in the expense line.
Payroll
Bulk payslip upload from file with identity checks; employees approve their payslip with an SMS code or raise an objection.

Are accounting records kept in Yetkin?
No. Your accounting records stay in the ERP. Yetkin runs e-invoicing, payments, e-signature, expenses and payroll, and collects ERP journal data by period.
Which e-invoice provider does it work with?
We work with the e-invoicing providers e-Finans, Uyumsoft, Mysoft and Doğan. If you use another provider, we look at connecting it through the provider-independent layer together.
