How it works
A three-step pattern
- Shared contractEach area (ERP, SMS, payments…) has one application interface; screens and business rules use that interface.
- Provider connectorWhich company to connect to is chosen in the company settings; the connector talks to that company’s API.
- MonitoringQueue health, delivery logs and error records are monitored from admin screens; secrets are kept in the Password Vault.
