What is Yetkin?
A solution ecosystem that brings together Yetkin Portal (web), Yetkin Mobile Plus (employee app) and Yetkin Mobile Partner (business partner app) with the expertise of our business partners.
Is Yetkin an ERP?
No. It completes your ERP: records stay in the ERP, while tasks, approvals, shifts, employee requests and communication run in Yetkin.
Which industries do you serve?
Retail chains are our priority; businesses with office, service and field teams are also in scope.
How is pricing set?
Pricing is quoted based on module scope and the number of users.
Integration
Which ERPs does it work with?
Nebim is in use. Logo, SAP and Mikro connectors are in the final stage; we are working on Dynamics 365 and Oracle connectors.
Can other providers be added?
Yes. Each area works through a provider-independent contract; a new provider is simply a new connector.
Mobile
Which devices does it run on?
iOS and Android. Portal is used in the browser.
Does it work offline?
No; the apps work live with Portal.
How do I have my account deleted?
Fill in the Account and Data Deletion Request form; the request is processed together with your organisation’s administrator.
Yetkin Assistant
What can the assistant do?
Create leave requests, look up remaining leave and request status, and answer from your guides. It asks for missing information, summarises and gets your confirmation.
Is my data sent to the AI?
Personal and financial data are not sent to the model; the actual record is shown only on an authorised screen.
Trust
How do permissions work?
Every screen is tied to a permission and every module to a feature key; users see only what their role allows.
Where are secrets kept?
In the Password Vault, encrypted and versioned; every access is written to the audit log.
