Time and attendance without extra devices

You don’t need a separate time-clock device. Employees scan the store’s QR code with their phone or tap an NFC tag; mobile staff clock in by location at a nearby store. Scans made away from the store are flagged to the manager.

A classic time clock is a turnstile; every door needs its own device. In Yetkin the key is the phone in the employee’s pocket, and all the door needs is a QR code or a small NFC tag.

How it works

Step by step

  1. The store is preparedA QR code is posted in the store or an NFC tag is placed; partners set up and pair tags with Mobile Partner.
  2. Employees scanThey scan the QR code or tap the tag in Mobile Plus; the clock-in starts with a location stamp.
  3. Mobile staffRegional teams use “I’m here” to clock in by location at a nearby store.
  4. Checks and reportsScans away from the store are flagged to the manager; breaks and weekly hours are reported.
What you gain

For your teams

  • No separate time-clock devices to install or maintain
  • A new store’s attendance setup starts with a QR code
  • Clock-ins are matched to the shift plan; differences show in reports

Shift planning for the whole company

Shift groups, weekly plans and overtime in one place. The store manager prepares the weekly plan with one tap of “Auto plan”, previews it and approves it; planned and actual hours are compared in reports.

Secure payslip delivery and approval

Payslips are uploaded in bulk and employees are notified. They view the payslip in the app and approve or object with an SMS code; who approved and when is recorded.

New-generation tills and the end-of-day Z report

The end-of-day Z report from new-generation tills comes into Portal as the till declaration closes and sits next to ERP sales and the cashier’s declaration. Differences show up in colour on accounting’s control screen.
